Delivery is arranged after the project passes testing and finishing.
Coverage and fees
- • Door delivery across the UAE, with GCC delivery quoted case by case.
- • Delivery fees are confirmed before dispatch and shown on the order.
- • Delivery rules are pending owner approval, so fees shown in this preview are provisional.
Timing
- • Build time is confirmed after scope approval and is separate from transit time.
- • A requested deadline is recorded, not confirmed.
- • Courier delays are outside our control and are communicated as soon as we know.
Fragile prototypes
- • Projects are packed as fragile electronics with protective materials.
- • Inspect the project on arrival and report any transit damage with photos within 48 hours.
- • Batteries and chargers are only included when explicitly listed in the accepted quote.
