Returns and cancellations
Projects are built to your brief, so general change-of-mind returns do not apply once work has started.
Before work starts
- • You can cancel at no cost any time before you accept the quote.
- • After acceptance but before materials are purchased, any deposit is refunded less agreed scoping effort.
After work starts
- • Materials already purchased and work already completed are non-refundable.
- • Remaining balance is adjusted to reflect completed stages.
- • Partly completed work can be handed over in its current state on request.
Faults
- • Report a fault with photos or a short video within the support window in your quote.
- • Confirmed workmanship faults are repaired or reworked at no charge.
- • Damage from misuse, modification, water, incorrect power or transport handling is quoted separately.
