Terms of service
Requesting a quote does not create a contract. Work begins only after you accept a written quote.
Quotes and acceptance
- • A quote states scope, exclusions, assumptions, price, payment schedule, timeline, revision limits and support terms.
- • Quotes expire on the date stated and can be revised if the scope changes.
- • Catalog prices shown with a pending-approval indicator are proposals, not confirmed prices.
Changes and revisions
- • Change requests are recorded with their cost and timeline impact and require your agreement.
- • Revisions beyond the agreed limit are quoted separately.
- • Component substitutions that affect function, compatibility, appearance or price require your approval.
Academic responsibility
- • You are responsible for checking and following your institution's rules on outside assistance.
- • Where required, you must declare the assistance you received.
- • Edu-Noon does not guarantee grades, awards, or acceptance of any submission.
Nature of the work
- • All projects are educational prototypes for demonstration and learning.
- • No medical, industrial or safety certification is claimed or implied.
- • No universal device, platform or network compatibility is claimed.
Intellectual property
- • Ownership of deliverables and any source code is stated in the accepted quote.
- • Third-party libraries and services remain subject to their own licences.
These terms are drafts prepared for owner review. They are not legal advice and are not final until the owner approves them.
