How ordering works

Every stage is confirmed with you in writing. Timelines start after scope approval, and delivery transit time is separate from build time.

1. Choose or describe

Pick a catalog project or send your own brief with the functions you need, the hardware you already own and where it will be demonstrated.

2. Scope review

We review feasibility, components, platform and enclosure. We ask questions if the brief is incomplete rather than assuming.

3. Written quote

You receive scope, exclusions, assumptions, price, payment schedule, timeline, revision limits and support terms. Nothing starts until you accept.

4. Build and program

Materials are prepared, the unit is assembled, firmware and any dashboard are programmed, and integration is completed.

5. Testing and finishing

Functions are tested against the agreed scope. Wiring is tidied and the enclosure is finished for presentation.

6. Handover and delivery

You review the result, we run a handover session so you can explain and operate it, then the project is dispatched or collected.

Requested deadlines are recorded, not confirmed. Rush work depends on current capacity and is agreed in the quote.
